Faster Windows Shutdown

Got this off Lifehack and i think its pretty nifty. You can create a batch script out of this. What it essentially does is force your PC to shutdown without asking you whether you wanna do it.
Many of you guys will find this good as you install more stuff on your pc and it gets bog down during shutting down times.
