Yield Watch:AREIT approaching 2 bucks.
Today’s action on the dividend front saw big falls in AREIT and CDL. Folks who hope to pick up the largest industrial reit in Singapore at 7% yield (almost) might wanna see if it tests and bounce the moving average at 2 bucks.
Folks who have asked why there isn’t much trading log posted is because i haven’t closed any of my 3 trades from last year. One of them being AREIT.
