Yield Watch:The start of a breather
The yielders are still doing well. Investment in the well sponsered REITs have been doing great but like they say January normallly determines how well the rest of the year did (not applicable for last year though!) If this is the matrix then we do have another half a month to tell.
I am still thinking about my choice for AREIT. its getting back to the price i bought. Perhaps i fuck up the trade again.
