Sentiment Cycles

I thought this is a good diagram as compared to normal market cycle diagram.

So where are we now? I feel we have just past the Euphoric stage and we are at the anxious one. Many are not as comfortable in the market as they were 3 months ago. Alot of people are taking a wait and see atitude.

And you know what? I am hearing alot of “Hold! I’m a long term investor!”
